VAG 2.0 / 1.8TSI EA888.3 MQB TTE555 UPGRADE TURBOCHARGER

 
TTE555 is our very latest hybrid performance upgrade turbocharger based on the Original IHI IS38 turbocharger for the 3rd generation VAG 2.0TSI. Stage 3+ power, with good spool and response. We feel this is the strongest performing hybrid IS38 available on offer.

TTE535 hybrid performance upgrade turbocharger based on the Original IS38 turbocharger for the 3rd generation VAG 2.0TSI following on from our TTE525R upgrade stage. Stage 3+ power, with great spool and response. We feel this is the best-balanced performing hybrid IS38 available on offer.

The TTE475 for the MQB 2.0L displacement motor, our evolution from the popular TTE470, sharing the same proven compressor and turbine, just now with the original recirc function. Still keeping the original turbocharger turbine but clipping the original blades for greater flow and to lower exhaust gas temperatures.  We fit a bigger 7+7 blade milled billet compressor so producing extra power but focused on like OEM IS38 response

TTE485 is our very latest hybrid performance upgrade turbocharger based on the Original IHI IS20 turbocharger for the 3rd generation VAG 2.0TSI found in the VW Golf 7 GTI and many others.  The IS20 turbo hybrid that thinks its an IS38 hybrid.  TTE485 Offers Stage 3 IS38 hybrid power, with great spool and response. We feel this is the best performing sub-500hp IS20 hybrid available on offer today.

Welcome to our Ultimate OEM+ Plug & Play Upgrade turbocharger for the 2.0 TFSI range of vehicles. Ultra-Fast response with big turbo power giving the huge area of power under the curve. A true Stage 3 hybrid.

TTE420 begins as a brand-new standard BorgWarner K04-064 turbocharger that we dismantle and then set about upgrading and optimizing as engineers to create a fast spooling and powerful K04 frame hybrid. TTE420 Turbocharger is great power stage for the 2.0 TFSI range of vehicles while retaining the OE K04 unit for Plug & Play fitment.

The Turbo Engineers TTE440 turbocharger is based on a highly modified OEM Borg Warner K04-064 turbo taken from the 2.0TFSI platform (known as TTE480 on the 2.0TFSI). Direct bolt-on VAG 1.8T 20V engine, the TTE440 is 440PS capable, fuel depending and hardware.


 
TTE440 for the 1.8T begins as a brand new standard BorgWarner K04-064 turbocharger taken from the 2.0tfsi platform, we dismantle and then set about upgrading and optimizing as engineers to create the ultimate K04 TFSI hybrid for the 1.8T VAG platform. This turbo shares same spec as our highly acclaimed TTE480 for the 2.0TFSI, proven at over 480ps without wmi. No spacer plate is required for fitment.

The Turbo Engineers TTE350 turbocharger is based on a modified OEM BorgWarner K04-064 turbo taken from the 2.0 tfsi platform. Direct bolt-on VAG 1.8T 20V engine with tweaks.


 
You can order a new replacement turbocharger or send your own original K04-064 turbo (in good condition) for an upgrade.
